The CUP Lab(TM) performs a large array of carcass ultrasound image interpretations and analysis. Our main business is focused on interpretation of beef cattle images for ribeye area, rib fat thickness, rump fat thickness and percent intramuscular fat. Howver we also interpret images for loin eye area and back fat thickness in swine, sheep and goats. We accept images from approved hardware and software. Please contact us for further details.
